The defendant municipality informed them in a letter dated …/…/… that this building and the trees surrounding it would be demolished to make way for a road.

2- In the letter dated ….. received by my client from the defendant-Municipality, it was deemed appropriate for my client to receive ……… TL as compensation for the demolition of the building upon its handover as vacant.

3- The fee deemed appropriate for my client by the defendant municipality is not fair. For a building with a plot of land of … m2 and a usable area of ​​… m2, the amount is lower than and far from the legally permissible market value.
