TRANSFER OF INHERITANCE SHARE AGREEMENT IN THE FORM OF A REGULATION

SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT: This agreement concerns the transfer of all rights, receivables, and debts of the deceased (Name of Deceased), who passed away on …/…/20…, including the entire inheritance share that will fall to the Transferor as a result of any future division of the estate , to the Transferee , who is the other heir .
CONTRACT TERMS:

Transfer of Inheritance: The Transferor agrees and undertakes to transfer to the Transferee, in accordance with Article 677 of the Turkish Civil Code, the entire inheritance share of all ownership, possession, rights, and claims in the estate that passed to him/her from the deceased (Name of Deceased) and which has not yet been divided.

Transfer Fee (Optional): This transfer transaction has been completed for a fee of (…………….. TL). The transferor declares that they have received the said fee in cash and in full. (If it is without a fee, it should be stated that it is "for gratuitous/donation purposes").

Registration and Authority: The transferee is fully authorized, pursuant to this agreement, to claim rights over the estate, to request the registration of immovable and movable assets in the estate in their own name, and to carry out the division procedures independently. The transferor acknowledges that they have given all necessary consents in advance for the registration and transfer procedures.

Liability for Debts: The transferor declares that while they transfer their rights arising from their status as heir, they are aware that their joint and several liability to third parties for the debts of the estate continues as required by law.
CONCLUSION AND SIGNATURE: This agreement has been read and signed in duplicate before a notary public, with the free will of both parties. One copy will remain with the transferor, and the other copy with the transferee.
