INHERITANCE DIVISION AND VOLUNTARY SHARING AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this agreement is the division of movable and immovable properties, which have been transferred from the deceased to the heirs and are subject to joint ownership, among the heirs in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Civil Code, and the individualization of ownership and its registration in the relevant registers.

ARTICLE 3: PRINCIPLES OF DISTRIBUTION (DIVISION LIST)

A) Real Estate:

1. Property 1: The ownership of the immovable property registered in …………………… province, …………………… district, …………………… neighborhood, …………………… block, …………………… parcel will be registered as joint ownership in the names of the heirs (Name Surname) and (Name Surname) in a 50/50 ratio.

B) Movable Assets:

ARTICLE 4: DECLARATION AND UNDERTAKING We, the undersigned heirs, acknowledge that the distribution detailed above is fair, corresponds to our inheritance shares, and that we have suffered no loss of rights. We mutually consent to the application of the ratios determined in this agreement at the Land Registry Office, Traffic Registration Offices, and relevant banks, and to the completion of registration procedures accordingly.
