INHERITANCE DIVISION AND MUTUAL WAIVER AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2: TERMS OF ALLOCATION AND DIVISION The parties have divided all assets, rights, and claims inherited from the deceased as follows:

• Property Allocation: The ownership of the residential unit numbered (….) in Block (B), located in Yalı Yolu locality, Yalı Yolu neighborhood, Yalı Yolu district, Yalı Yolu area, Yalı Yolu block, Yalı Yolu parcel , Yalı Yolu area ...

• Waiver by Other Heirs: All parties other than the heir whose information is written above declare that they waive all ownership, share, and litigation rights inherited from the deceased in the said independent unit; and that they consent to the registration of this property exclusively in the name of the relevant heir in the land registry.

• Waiver of General Estate Claims: The heir to whom the above-mentioned dwelling is allocated (Heir Name) acknowledges and undertakes that, in return for this acquisition, they will not claim any inheritance share in any other immovable property, vehicle, bank deposit, or right included in the deceased's estate, and irrevocably waives these rights in favor of the other heirs.

ARTICLE 3: CONCLUSION AND SIGNATURE This three-article agreement reflects the true intentions of the parties and has been signed freely after being read. The parties agree that this agreement shall constitute the legal basis for registration procedures to be carried out at land registry offices.
