INHERITANCE DIVISION AGREEMENT IN THE FORM OF A REGULATION

PARTIES:

1. Heir: (Full Name), (Turkish ID Number), (Address)

2. Heir: (Full Name), (Turkish ID Number), (Address)

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT: This agreement concerns the voluntary division and registration of the movable and immovable properties listed below, belonging to the estate of the deceased (Name of Deceased), who passed away on …/…/20…, among the heirs.

PROVISIONS OF PARCELS:

1. Division of Real Estate:

• Property 1: The ownership of the immovable property numbered (Province), (District), (Neighborhood/Village), (Island), (Parcel), described as a "Stone House and Land," will be registered independently (full share) in the name of (Name Surname) from among the heirs, together with all rights and obligations

• Property 2: The immovable property with the number (Province), (District), (Neighborhood/Village), (Island), (Parcel) and the designation "Agricultural Land" will be registered as a 50%-50% (half-and-half) joint ownership between the heirs (Name Surname) and (Name Surname)

2. Division of Movable and Other Assets:

• The vehicle with license plate number (Plate No.) and all cash assets in bank accounts registered in the name of the deceased have been bequeathed to the heir named (Name Surname). The other heirs declare that they have no claim to these assets.

DECLARATION AND RELEASE: We, the undersigned heirs, have, with our free will and under the conditions stated above, divided the estate assets that passed to us upon the death of the deceased (Name of Deceased) and which we jointly own. As a result of this division, we irrevocably release each other from all debts and receivables of the estate. We fully consent to the registration of the division ratios specified in this agreement in the relevant registers (Land Registry Office, Traffic Registry, etc.).
