1. PARTIES

The parties will be referred to as "Custodian" and "Trustee" in this agreement .
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the principles regarding the protection and safekeeping of the movable or immovable property belonging to the Depositor, the details of which are given below, by the Custodian for a specified period.

The trustee is obligated to safeguard and protect the entrusted property for the specified period and in accordance with the terms of the contract .
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRUSTEE
3.1 Protection of Property
- The trustee is responsible for safeguarding and protecting the entrusted property in a way that prevents damage.
- The custodian shall take the necessary measures to prevent the property from being used or damaged by unauthorized persons.
- The property cannot be transferred to third parties, pledged as collateral, or sold during the contract period.
3.2 Return of Goods
- At the end of the contract period, the Custodian is obliged to return the entrusted item to the Depositor in complete and sound condition.
- If the custodian fails to collect the goods within the specified time, a daily storage fee of [X TL] will be applied.
3.3 Force Majeure
- If property is damaged due to force majeure events such as fire, earthquake, flood, or theft, the custodian is obligated to immediately inform the trustee of this situation.
- The custodian is not liable for damages to property caused by force majeure, provided they are not at fault.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRUSTEE
4.1 Storage Fee and Payment Terms
- The person who deposited the item will pay the custodian [X TL] as a storage fee.

4.2 Return of Goods
- The custodian is obligated to collect the goods within the agreed period.

5. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1 Expiration and Termination
- The contract shall terminate automatically when the parties have fulfilled their obligations at the end of the period specified in the contract.
5.2 Failure of One Party to Fulfill Its Obligation
- If the custodian fails to deliver the goods within the specified time, the depositor may demand [X TL] in penalty and damages.
- If the Depositor fails to make timely payments, the Custodian has the right to delay the delivery of the goods or unilaterally terminate the storage period.
5.3 Exceptional Circumstances for Termination
- one party believes that the other party has unfairly breached its obligations , it may terminate the contract by giving written notice.
- The contract may be terminated in case of force majeure or by mutual agreement of the parties.
6. PRIVACY AND RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 Commitment to Privacy
- The parties undertake not to share the information they obtain under this agreement with third parties
- The custodian may not disclose information about the contents, quantity, or characteristics of the stored goods to unauthorized persons .
6.2 Liability and Insurance
- the custodian is at fault and the entrusted property is damaged, they are liable to pay compensation.
- The parties may enter into an additional agreement regarding insurance coverage.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
- The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement primarily through negotiation .
- In disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, the [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
