2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this contract is the design, development, and launch of a professional e-commerce website for the Employer's business premises, in accordance with the specified technical requirements.

3. DELIVERY PROCESS AND STAGES

  3. Software and Coding: The site is coded to make it functional.
  4. Testing Process: All functions are checked to ensure they are working correctly.
  5. Final Approval and Publication: The site will be published upon approval by the employer.

3.2 Revision and Change Requests

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Delay and Penalties

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1 Service Provider's Responsibilities

5.2 Employer's Responsibilities

  • We guarantee that user data stored on the site will comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation

6. COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All code, design, and content of the website will become the property of the Employer once payments are completed.
  • The Service Provider guarantees that the off-the-shelf code or plugins used in the project are licensed and legal.
  • The employer may or may not allow the Service Provider to list the project as a reference in its portfolio .

7. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT SERVICES

  • The Service Provider will provide free technical support for the delivered e-commerce site for [X] months .
  • After the technical support period expires, maintenance and update services will be subject to an additional fee.
  • The Service Provider undertakes to take the necessary security measures to ensure the site's compliance with the GDPR.

8. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

  • If the employer unilaterally terminates the contract during the project period, no amounts paid will be refunded.
  • The Service Provider may terminate the contract due to force majeure or ethical violations.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
