The parties will be referred to as "Customer" and "Catering Company" in this agreement .

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract concerns the provision of food and beverage services by the Catering Company to the Client for a specified period.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CATERING COMPANY

3.1 Quality and Health Standards

The catering company is obligated to produce its products in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex and relevant hygiene regulations.
Meals will be prepared with fresh, daily ingredients.
Strict hygiene rules will be observed during the preparation, transportation, and serving of meals .

3.2 Timely Delivery and Service

Meals will be delivered completely on the specified days and times.
The catering company must adhere to the specified delivery time without delay

3.3 Menu Changes and Allergen Ingredients

If any changes need to be made to the menu, the Customer must be notified at least [X] days in advance.
Catering companies are obligated to clearly state any allergenic ingredients.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Payment Terms

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTION AND PENALTIES

The catering company will pay a penalty of [X TL] for each day of delay or incomplete delivery.
If the food is not prepared according to hygienic standards and this is documented, the Customer may unilaterally terminate the contract and claim compensation for damages.
If the customer is late with their payments, a daily late payment interest of X% will be applied.

6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND FORCE MAJEURE

6.1 Termination Conditions

The catering company reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the contract if payments are not made on time .

6.2 Force Majeure

such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, or events affecting public order , the parties cannot be held liable.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND TRADE SECRETS

The parties may not share the information they obtain under this agreement with third parties.
The catering company may not use the client's specific recipes, menus, and service details without permission.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement primarily through negotiation .
In disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, the [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS
