SUBJECT: This is a request to determine who is currently using the property, a shop with a storage area, located in Istanbul Province, ... District, ... Neighborhood, ... Island, ... Parcel, ... Block, Independent Section No. 3, which belongs to the client.

EXPLANATIONS:

Our client leased the property located at …… address to TD with a lease agreement dated ……. While the lease agreement includes a prohibition against transfer or endorsement to third parties, the property is currently occupied by individuals other than the tenant, whose identities are unknown. Our client has only recently become aware of the occupation.

It has become necessary to request information on who is currently using the properties

• Rental agreements
• Witness statement
• All kinds of legal evidence

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:
