3. SCOPE AND PROCESS OF THE SERVICE

3.1 Project Stages

1. Analysis and Planning: Determining project requirements based on client needs.
2. Design Phase: Creating website drafts and submitting them to the client for approval.
3. Development Phase: Coding and making the website operational.
4. Testing and Revision: Testing site functionality and making necessary adjustments.
5. Delivery and Publication: Website publication and delivery to the Client.

3.2 Revision and Change Requests

3.3 Technical Support and Maintenance

4.1 Delay and Penalties

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1 Service Provider's Responsibilities

• Delivering the website within the specified timeframe and with full functionality
• Providing the Customer with basic site usage training (if applicable).
• Developing the technical infrastructure in accordance with current security and optimization standards

5.2 Customer Responsibilities

• Providing content (logo, text, images, etc.) to be used on the website .
• Making the necessary payments on time .
• the Service Provider of any revision approvals requested within the specified timeframe.

6. COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All code, design, and content of the website will become the property of the Client once payments are completed.
• The Service Provider guarantees that the off-the-shelf code or plugins used in the project are licensed and legal.
• The client may or may not allow the Service Provider to list the project as a reference in its portfolio .

7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

• If the client unilaterally terminates the contract during the project process, no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.
• The Service Provider may terminate the contract due to force majeure or ethical violations.
• If one party fails to fulfill its obligations, the other party may give notice with a period of [X] days; if the obligations are not fulfilled within this period, the contract may be terminated.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

• The parties may not share the information they obtain under this agreement with third parties.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
