• If an infringement occurs that harms a patent right, the parties may pursue joint legal proceedings.

7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

• If either party breaches the contract, the other party has the right to terminate it with written notice.
• The Licensee may not terminate the contract before the license period expires / may terminate it under certain conditions.
• If the Licensee fails to fulfill its payment obligations, the Licensor has the right to terminate the contract immediately.

8. PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Even after the contract terminates, the Licensee's confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

• The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement primarily through negotiation .

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
