Sample Cleaning Services Contract

CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1- PARTIES

This agreement;

…………………………… (hereinafter referred to as “the COMPANY”) with the address ………………………………

This contract is concluded between …………………………… (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”), whose address is ……………………………… , under the terms and conditions set forth below

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the provision of general cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene services for the building located at ………………… address.

ARTICLE 3 - WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

3.1. During weekdays, within daylight hours (company working hours), one cleaning staff member will perform spot cleaning of restrooms and common areas.
3.2. During weekdays (excluding Friday), between 22:00 and 06:30, four cleaning staff members (including the team leader) will be on duty and will carry out general cleaning services.
3.3. On Sundays, between 09:00 and 18:00, the building's weekly general cleaning services will be performed.

ARTICLE 4 - IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SERVICE
4.1. Toilets and Wet Areas

Collecting garbage and replacing garbage bags,

Cleaning sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, and mirrors with disinfectant products

Regular checking and replenishment of toilet paper, liquid soap, and paper towels,

Sweeping and mopping the floors, placing hygiene tablets inside the toilet/urinal.

4.2. Corridors and Common Areas

Emptying trash cans, cleaning ashtrays,

Sweeping, mopping, and polishing the floors with appropriate cleaning materials,

Dusting and polishing of seating areas, furniture, and doors

Dusting glass tables, metal surfaces, and fan coil units.

4.3. Glass Surfaces

Weekly cleaning of the interior windows,

Exterior glass surfaces must be cleaned every 15 days by expert personnel in accordance with safety regulations.

4.4. Offices and Rooms

Dusting the tables, chairs, cabinets and shelves,

Regular garbage collection, cleaning of dirty ashtrays,

Sweeping and/or mopping the floors,

Checking the flowers and vases, replacing any that have dried out.

ARTICLE 5 - CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS

Employing cleaning staff with social security coverage and taking occupational safety measures

To ensure that all cleaning materials used are products approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization

To ensure that staff work in a disciplined manner, in accordance with workplace rules, and in clean attire

To immediately assign backup personnel to the Company in case of service disruption.

ARTICLE 6 - COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS

Paying the contractor the agreed price for services on time

To provide contractor personnel with access to the necessary electricity, water, and cleaning equipment to perform their jobs.

ARTICLE 7 - DURATION AND TERMINATION

The contract will commence on …/…/…. and will be valid for … years. Unless either party provides written notice at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the contract period, the contract will be extended for another year under the same terms and conditions.
Either party may terminate the contract by giving 15 days' prior written notice in case of breach of obligations.

ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTES

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of …………… shall have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.
