ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF THE WORK

2.1. The works to be published under this agreement are listed below:

ARTICLE 3 – PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS

3.1. The author right to publish and distribute the work in print/digital format to the publishing house/publishing platform.

3.2. Under this agreement, the publisher shall have the right to publish and distribute the work in the following ways:

• Printed Publications: Books, magazines, newspapers, etc.
• Digital Publishing: E-books, PDFs, audiobooks, online platforms
• Reproduction and Distribution: Sales and subscription services through physical or digital means.

3.3. The publisher the right to publish, sell, and distribute the work domestically and internationally .

3.4. The publisher is authorized to use the work in advertising, promotion, and marketing activities with the author's permission .

ARTICLE 4 – COPYRIGHT AND FEE PAYMENT

4.1. The copyright of the work belongs to the author, but the publisher has the right to publish the work for a specified period.

4.2. The publisher will pay the author from the proceeds of the sale of the work using one of the following payment methods:

• Fixed Fee: The publishing house will pay the author [Amount] TL in advance for publishing the work
• Revenue Sharing: The author will receive royalties at a rate of %[Percentage]
• Payment Per Sale: [Amount] TL will be paid for each sale .

4.3. Payment periods:

ARTICLE 5 – DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

6.3. The author is solely responsible for any legal liabilities.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1. The parties undertake not to share the commercial, financial and intellectual property rights obtained under this agreement with third parties .

7.2. The publisher may not engage in any activity that infringes the copyright.

7.3. The author may not enter into a contract with another publisher or platform.

ARTICLE 8 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

8.1. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement primarily through negotiation .

8.2. In case of dispute, the [Competent Court] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. This agreement has been drawn up and signed in two (2) copies by the parties with their free will .
