ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the registration, management, and use of the internet domain name [Domain Name] by [Registrar] on behalf of [Registrar] with the [TLD – .com, .net, .org, etc.] extension, and the definition of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding this.


ARTICLE 2 – DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AND DURATION

2.1. The domain name has been allocated for a period of [Duration – 1 year, 2 years, etc.] at the request of the registrar

2.2. The domain name can be renewed before the registration period expires ; otherwise, the domain name will become available and can be taken by third parties when the registration period ends.

2.3. The registrant agrees to use the domain name in accordance with the rules set by ICANN and relevant regulatory bodies


ARTICLE 3 – FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. The domain name registration fee has been determined as [Amount] TL + VAT

3.2. Renewal fees according to current market conditions and the tariff set by the registrar .

3.3. Payment will be made as follows:

  • Bank transfer / EFT
  • Credit card / Automatic payment
  • Cryptocurrency (if any)

3.4. If the registrar fails to fulfill their payment obligation, the domain name may be automatically deleted upon expiration or assigned to another user by the registrar.


ARTICLE 4 – DOMAIN NAME USAGE AND PERMITS

4.1. The registrar undertakes to use the domain name in accordance with the law and general internet rules

4.2. A domain name can be transferred, leased, or sold to another person, but this must follow the procedures set forth by the registrar.

4.3. The registrant agrees that the domain name will not be used for spam, fraud, illegal activities, or malicious software

4.4. The registrar cannot be held responsible for any legal disputes that may arise due to the use of the domain name .


ARTICLE 5 – DOMAIN NAME MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

5.1. The registrant has the right to change DNS settings, redirects, and other settings.

5.2. The registrar undertakes to provide uninterrupted domain name management services, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions that may occur due to cyberattacks, technical malfunctions, or force majeure events.

5.3. All changes related to domain name ownership will be made through the registrar's authorized email address and authentication systems.


ARTICLE 6 – TERMINATION AND INVALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT

6.1. The parties may terminate the contract unilaterally in the following cases:

  • The registrar's use of the domain name for illegal purposes
  • Failure to fulfill payment obligations
  • The domain name was banned by ICANN and related regulatory bodies

6.2. In the event of the deletion or cancellation of the domain name, the registrar cannot claim any compensation.

6.3. This agreement shall automatically terminate in the event of the death, bankruptcy, or cessation of business activities of either party .


ARTICLE 7 – LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

7.1. The registrar will take the necessary measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of domain name services , but cannot be held responsible for data loss or interruptions that may occur due to force majeure or third-party attacks .

7.2. The registrar agrees that they will not be liable for any material or non-material damages should the domain name be deactivated for any reason


ARTICLE 8 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

8.1. Any disputes that may arise between the parties shall primarily through conciliation .

8.2. In case of dispute, the [Competent Court] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

8.3. The parties agree to comply with the dispute resolution mechanisms established by ICANN and relevant international organizations


ARTICLE 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. This agreement has been drawn up and signed in two (2) copies by the parties with their free will .

9.2. This contract cannot be amended without the written consent.

9.3. This agreement shall enter into force from the date of signature.
