SUBJECT: This is a request to declare the case moot and to submit our request that there is no need for a decision.

EXPLANATIONS

1. The lawsuit, the case number of which is given above, was filed by our client claiming that their employment contract was unfairly terminated and seeking the collection of severance pay, notice pay, and overtime wages.
2. However, as a result of negotiations conducted with the defendant employer during the litigation process, an agreement was reached between the parties regarding all rights and claims, and the claims in question were paid to our client.
3. In accordance with the agreement reached between the parties, the case has become moot, and therefore it has become necessary to request your court to issue a ruling that there is no need for a decision on the matter due to the case becoming moot.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST

For the reasons stated and explained above,
