The parties will hereinafter be referred to as "Attorney" and "Client".
2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the legal services that the Attorney will provide to the Client and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties:
- To handle, file lawsuits against, and defend clients in their legal disputes.
- Providing legal consultancy and contract drafting services.
- To conduct enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
- To represent parties in mediation and conciliation processes.
- To carry out necessary procedures in the fields of tax, commercial, criminal, and administrative law.
A lawyer shall only in activities in accordance with the Lawyers' Act ; they shall not act as a commercial representative, intermediary, or commission agent.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Attorney's Fee The attorney's fee has been determined in accordance with the Turkish Bar Association's Minimum Fee Schedule for Attorneys and has been agreed upon between the parties as follows:

3.2 Payment Terms

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF LAWYERS

4.2 Rights of the Lawyer
- If the fee is not paid on time, we have the right to drop the case and initiate collection proceedings.
- The company accepts no responsibility if the client provides false or incomplete information.
5. CLIENT'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1 Client's Obligations
- To provide accurate and complete information regarding the case and legal process.
- Paying all necessary fees, expenses, and legal costs on time.
5.2 Client's Rights
- They have the right to receive regular information about the progress of the case and legal processes.
- If there are any new developments in the case or legal proceedings, the client has the right to request information from their lawyer.
6. EXPENSES
The client all court costs, fees, expert witness and inspection fees, notary fees, and other expenses .
7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
7.1 Parties' Right to Terminate the Agreement
- The client may terminate legal services at any time, but is obligated to pay all fees and expenses incurred up to that point .
- An attorney may terminate a contract if the client provides false information, fails to make payments, or makes demands that violate the Attorneys' Law.
7.2 Notice of Termination
The notice of termination must be given in writing.
8. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- The lawyer may not share the client's information with third parties.
- The client's personal data the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data .
9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Dispute Resolution Board of the [City] Bar Association and the [City] Courts shall have jurisdiction.
