The parties will hereinafter "Donor" and "Donor" .

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the transfer of the following goods or rights, gratuitously and irrevocably donated by the Donor to the Donor , and the obligations of the parties

The ownership and right of disposal of the donated property or right shall be transferred to the Donor.

3. DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The donor undertakes to make a donation under the following conditions:

3.1 Principle of Unconditional
Donation The donation is entirely unconditional , and no benefit or payment will be requested from the Donor.

3.2 Irrevocability of Donations Once the donor has transferred ownership of the donated property or right, they cannot revoke the donation unless there is a justifiable reason . However, the donor has the right to revoke the donation if the donor or a third party has committed an act constituting gross negligence

3.3 Delivery of the Donation and Legal Procedures

If the donated property is real estate, the title deed procedures the relevant Land Registry Office .
If the donated item is a vehicle, the transfer of ownership a notary public .
If the donation is in cash or in a bank account, the payment will be made via wire transfer/EFT to the Donor's account number.

3.4 Tax Obligations

Any taxes, fees, and other financial obligations arising from the donation will be fulfilled in accordance with applicable legislation.
The parties will share these obligations, or one party will assume them entirely.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1 Donor's Obligations

To transfer full ownership of the donated property or right.
Not to impose any additional obligations on the Donor Recipient.

4.2 Recipient's Responsibilities

To declare acceptance of the donation.
Use the donation for its intended purpose (if it was donated for a specific purpose).

5. TERMINATION AND DELETION OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement shall terminate in the following cases:

Upon delivery of the donated property or right and completion of the transfer procedures.
In the event of the death or legal incapacitation of one of the parties (the rights of legal heirs are reserved).
If the donation is withdrawn by the Donor due to the Donor's gross negligence or malicious conduct.

6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
In case of disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, the [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
