Article 2: Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the apprentice's learning of a profession during the apprenticeship process and the employer's provision of apprenticeship training.

Article 3: Apprenticeship Period
3.1. The apprenticeship period is set at … years.
3.2. If the apprenticeship training is successfully completed at the end of the contract period, the apprentice may be promoted to journeyman status.

Article 4: Employer's Rights and Obligations
4.1. The employer is obligated to provide the necessary vocational training for the apprentice during the apprenticeship period.
4.2. The employer is responsible for arranging the work environment in a safe and healthy manner.
4.3. The employer pays the determined wage for the apprentice on time.
4.4. The employer acts in accordance with the principles of honesty and good faith during the apprenticeship period.

Article 5: Rights and Obligations of the Apprentice
5.1. The apprentice undertakes to work in accordance with the employer's instructions and to diligently perform the assigned tasks.
5.2. The apprentice is obliged to act carefully and diligently during the learning process.
5.3. The apprentice complies with the disciplinary rules and working hours determined in the workplace.
5.4. The apprentice is obliged to treat confidential information in the workplace with care.

Article 6: Working Hours and Leaves
6.1. The apprentice works … days a week, … hours a day. Working hours are regulated in accordance with labor law.

Article 7: Wages and Payment Terms

Article 8: Occupational Health and Safety

Article 9: Disciplinary Rules and Termination
9.1. The apprentice shall refrain from any behavior that disrupts peace and order in the workplace.
9.2. Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract in the event of a breach of the contract terms.
9.3. In case of termination, the employer or the apprentice must notify the other party in writing.

Article 10: Apprenticeship Certificate
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship period, the employer will issue and deliver an apprenticeship certificate to the apprentice.

Article 11: Confidentiality
. Apprentices may not share trade secrets or confidential information learned at the workplace with third parties during and after their apprenticeship.

Article 12: Resolution of Disputes
Any disputes that may arise between the parties shall primarily be attempted to be resolved through conciliation. If conciliation cannot be reached, the ... Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
