Social Media Management and Content Creation Contract
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND CONTENT CREATION AGREEMENT
PARTIES
between ………………………………. (hereinafter referred to as "EMPLOYER") and
………………………………. (hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR") under the following terms and conditions.
SUBJECT
MATTER 1 – The subject matter of this agreement is the regulation of the procedures and principles regarding the professional management, content creation, sharing, and advertising planning of the Employer's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS
ARTICLE 2 –
2.1. The Contractor is obligated to produce content (visuals, videos, text) that is consistent with the Employer's brand image.
2.2. The Contractor shall prepare a monthly content plan and submit it for the Employer's approval.
2.3. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and relevant legislation in its content.
2.4. The Contractor shall use materials that do not infringe on the copyrights of third parties.
2.5. The Contractor shall plan and execute social media advertising campaigns in accordance with the Employer's budget and strategies.
EMPLOYER'S OBLIGATIONS
ARTICLE 3 –
3.1. The Employer shall provide the Contractor with the necessary information and materials for content production.
3.2. The Employer undertakes to pay the determined service fee on time.
3.3. The Employer may not request content that is contrary to or misleading to the brand identity.
FEES AND PAYMENT
ARTICLE 4 –
4.1. In return for this service, the Employer will pay the Contractor a monthly fee of …………… TL + VAT.
4.2. Advertising budgets are not included in the Contractor's service fee and will be covered separately by the Employer.
4.3. Payments will be made within … days from the invoice date.
DURATION
ARTICLE 5 – The contract commences on ……/……./………. and is valid for a period of ………. months. Unless either party gives notice of termination, the contract shall be extended under the same conditions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
ARTICLE 6 – The Contractor may not share the Employer's trade secrets, customer data, and content strategies with third parties.
TERMINATION
ARTICLE 7 – If either party fails to fulfill its obligations, the other party may terminate the contract by giving written notice … days in advance.
AUTHORIZED COURT
ARTICLE 8 – In case of disputes arising from this contract, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of …………… shall have jurisdiction.
