Submission of our objections regarding the seizure warrant.

EXPLANATIONS:

1. We have received the attachment order sent from your department. Within the scope of this order, it has become necessary to submit this objection petition because our client company has no connection whatsoever with the stated debt.
2. Firstly, it is clearly understood that the person listed as the addressee in the memorandum has no connection whatsoever with our client company. The information in the heading of the memorandum is incorrect, and therefore we object to the memorandum on grounds of hostility. Our client company has no legal or commercial relationship with the stated debtor.
3. Furthermore, detailed examination and investigation have determined that the person alleged to be the debtor in your case is not an employee of our client company and that there is no commercial or current relationship between them. Therefore, it is understood that the person named as the debtor has no rights or claims against our client company.
4. Without acknowledging the error in the addressee mentioned in the memorandum, we would like to reiterate that our client company is not indebted to the relevant debtor and that no attachment can be placed on rights and receivables that have not yet arisen or do not exist. This objection has become necessary to clearly demonstrate this fact.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:
For the reasons explained above;

1. It has been determined that the attachment order sent to us from your file is erroneous, and therefore it should be cancelled
2. Considering that the client company is not indebted, the memorandum is hereby cancelled
3. On behalf of our client, we respectfully request and demand that our objection be accepted and the necessary procedures be carried out.
