What is fire compensation?

According to legal procedures established to compensate individuals for material and moral damages following a fire that started for any reason, the incident will fall under the responsibility of the insurance company. Compensation for fire damages can be obtained after examining the area or person affected by the fire, investigating the cause of the fire, and determining whether there were any internal or external causes, including wrongful acts.

Can a fire that breaks out in an institution be taken to court?

Within institutions such as dormitories, hotels, hostels, parties, and workplaces, a lawsuit can be filed if a person is injured in a fire and the institution has failed to take legal action regarding its fire extinguishing and alarm systems. Injuries, property damages, and loss of life resulting from the institution's negligence and failure to comply with the law will also be subject to fire compensation claims. The statute of limitations for fire compensation claims is two years; the case will be dismissed after two years.
