STORAGE AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement This agreement regulates the terms to be applied in exchange for the warehouse owner storing the goods and belongings of the Warehouse Owner in the warehouse located at [Warehouse Address] owned by the Warehouse Owner for a specified period

Article 3 – Materials to be Stored
The goods and items to be delivered to the warehouse by the Warehousing Area are as follows:

Article 6 – Warehouse Usage and Security Conditions

• The Warehouse Area is responsible for packaging the stored goods according to their nature.
• Flammable, explosive, hazardous, and illegal materials are not accepted into the warehouse.
• The warehouse provider is responsible for ensuring the security of the storage area, but cannot be held liable for damages that may occur due to extraordinary circumstances (fire, flood, earthquake, theft, etc.).

Article 7 – Termination and End of Contract

• Either party must give written notice at least [X] days in advance if they wish to terminate the contract
• If the warehouse holder fails to collect the stored goods within the stipulated time, the warehouse holder may demand additional storage fees or reserve the right to sell the goods.

Article 8 – Resolution of Disputes
