2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement defines the terms and conditions for payment by the Service Provider for the translation and delivery of specified texts or documents between specified languages, as requested by the Service Recipient.

3. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.2 Payment Terms

3.3 Delay and Penalties
- If the Service Recipient fails to fulfill its payment obligation, a late payment interest of X% will be applied.

4. DELIVERY AND QUALITY STANDARDS
- The Service Provider is obligated to deliver the translation completely and legibly within the specified timeframe.
- The translation in accordance with the technical and grammatical rules specified by the Service Recipient .
- The Service Recipient may request revisions to the delivered translation within [X] days of the delivery date.

- Revision time is determined in addition to translation time.
5. PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The Service Provider may not share information and documents obtained during the translation process with third parties .
- All rights to the translated documents belong to the Service Recipient, and the Service Provider may not use or distribute them for its own purposes.
- This confidentiality obligation remains in effect indefinitely , even after the termination of the contract .
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
- The Service Recipient may terminate the contract by giving written notice within [X] days.
- If the service is terminated after the service period has started, the Service Recipient %[X] of the full fee .
- If the Service Provider acts in breach of contract, the Service Recipient will provide written notice. In this case, if the Service Provider fails to remedy the deficiencies within the given time, the contract may be terminated.
7. LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION
- The Service Provider is obligated to deliver the translation service on time and to operate in accordance with the terms of the contract.

- The Service Provider's liability for direct damages arising from translation errors is limited to the translation fee paid.
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
- The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement primarily through negotiation .
- In disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
