THIS WAS CONSIDERED NECESSARY:

1- To determine that the lawsuit petition is a declaratory action as specified in Article 106 of the Code of Civil Procedure,

2- In accordance with Articles 316 and subsequent articles of the Code of Civil Procedure, the simplified trial procedure shall be applied in the case

3- In accordance with Article 106 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the court clerk shall create a list showing all documents in the file, and the documents submitted to the file shall be recorded in this list

4- The minutes of the hearing shall be served to the plaintiff's attorney

5- The plaintiff's attorney is given two weeks to state whether the amount of the promissory note with a maturity date of X, issued by F, guaranteed by Y, payable by Z, and endorsed by G Ltd. Co., is M TL or N TL as stated on the petition

6- After the plaintiff's attorney made a statement regarding the amount of the promissory note in question

-In accordance with Articles 672-673-674 of the Turkish Commercial Code, announcements shall be made regarding the promissory note reported as lost, and the expenses shall be covered from the advance payment

-The request for precautionary measures will be evaluated after the requirements of interim decision number 5 are fulfilled

7- In accordance with Article 320 of the Code of Civil Procedure, it was decided that the proceedings would be conducted based on the file without setting a hearing date. ?/?/?
