Legal Obligation: Article 25 of the Vocational Education Law No. 3308 stipulates that ; “The wages to be paid by businesses to apprentice candidates and apprentices, as well as students undergoing vocational training, internships, and supplementary education in businesses, and increases in these wages, shall be determined by a contract. However, the wages to be paid to students undergoing vocational training in businesses and students undergoing internships or supplementary education in vocational and technical secondary schools and institutions cannot be less than thirty percent of the net minimum wage in workplaces employing twenty or more personnel , and fifteen percent in workplaces employing fewer than twenty personnel; and the wages to be paid to apprentice candidates and apprentices cannot be less than thirty percent of the minimum wage appropriate for their age. ”

3. Unpaid Entitlements: I did not receive any payment during my internship period with the defendant institution. This constitutes a clear violation of the relevant legal provisions.

4. Request: I request that the unpaid internship fees be paid to me, calculated based on the minimum wage amounts for the relevant periods, along with legal interest.
