EXPLANATIONS:

1- I, [Name Surname], have been working as a security specialist at [Company/Institution Name] for many years. In order to further strengthen security measures at my workplace and to fulfill my professional responsibilities within the framework of private security services, I have deemed it necessary to apply for a firearms license.

2- During the application process, I am required to take physical security precautions due to the tasks I have undertaken in some projects at my workplace. The area where I am located is sometimes exposed to security threats, and taking special security measures plays a critical role in preventing these threats. Therefore, I request that my firearms license application be evaluated.

3- However, despite submitting my application several weeks ago, I have received no response from the authorities. My investigations have revealed that the application is being held without explanation and that there is nothing negative regarding my application. I completed my application on time and correctly. Furthermore, proof of my specific training and security certifications was also submitted with my application.

4- A firearms license, which will contribute to the security processes in my workplace, will increase the safety not only of myself but also of the people in and around my workplace. I request that this application be evaluated in light of the reasons stated above and finalized as soon as possible.
