SUBJECT: Our request for the designation of the location where the rent will be paid.

EXPLANATIONS:
1- My client is residing as a tenant at (property address) pursuant to a lease agreement dated …/…/… with the landlord, whose name and surname are [Name and Surname]. My client has been paying the rent regularly in cash as per the agreement. However, recently, the landlord has refused to accept my client's rent and has demanded the eviction of the rented property without justifiable cause.

2- My client attempted to send the rent to the landlord by post, with payment due upon delivery, but the landlord refused to accept it. This is documented in the attached paperwork. This situation, which prevents my client from paying the rent, has put them at risk of default. Therefore, a suitable payment location needs to be determined.

EVIDENCE:
1- Lease agreement,

3- Title deeds and other legal evidence.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Article 107 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and related legislation.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained above, I respectfully request and demand that a suitable place of payment be determined so that my client can pay the rent, and that the court costs and attorney's fees be borne by the opposing party.
