Subject: The criminal case file, numbered …/…, before the Ankara 1st Civil Commercial Court, is being considered a preliminary matter awaiting its outcome, and a request is made for its priority examination.

To the Honorable Public Prosecutor's Office,
pursuant to Article 141, paragraph 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, "All courts shall issue reasoned decisions. It is the duty of the judiciary to conclude cases with the least expense and as quickly as possible." In this context, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights, Article 40 of the Court of Cassation Law No. 2797, and Article 141, paragraph 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it has become necessary to conclude investigation and prosecution processes within a reasonable time.

We respectfully request that our case file, currently awaiting review in the archives of the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, be given priority and examined so that a decision can be reached within a reasonable timeframe.

I respectfully request and demand that the necessary action be taken.
