EXPLANATIONS:

1. The case before your esteemed court concerns a dispute arising from a lease agreement signed between the parties. The defendant has objected to the rent payments collected by my client as landlord and has refused to make the payment on the grounds that the terms of the agreement are incomplete.
2. In order to resolve the dispute, it has become necessary to submit the lease agreement dated …/…/… and numbered … signed between the parties to the court file. This agreement clearly specifies the rent, payment dates, deposit terms, and the mutual obligations of the parties.
