Legal Basis: According to Article 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 , files for which a decision of lack of jurisdiction has been issued must be sent to the competent and authorized court. In this context, in order to prevent delays in procedural actions related to the case and to avoid prolonging the trial, the file must be promptly sent to the competent court.
