SUBJECT:
This concerns a request to withdraw a contested divorce case.

EXPLANATIONS:

A dispute occurred between the plaintiff and the defendant, involving family members, which severely damaged the marriage. Following this dispute, the plaintiff filed a divorce suit with your court on the grounds of a fundamental breakdown of the marriage.
However, during the process, the parties reconciled with the help of family elders and friends who intervened, and agreed to give their marriage another chance. Therefore, the plaintiff requests that the lawsuit be withdrawn.
in the decision of the 2nd Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals, numbered 2017/12345 E. and 2018/67890 K. , the agreement reached between the parties during the divorce process constitutes sufficient grounds for withdrawing the lawsuit and achieves the reconciliation that is the aim of the proceedings. In this context, we are of the opinion that withdrawing the lawsuit, taking into account the reconciliation reached between the parties, would be appropriate.
We respectfully request that our request for no attorney's fees to be awarded, as a result of mutual agreement between the parties, also be considered.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:
For the reasons explained above;

The contested divorce case pending before your court is hereby withdrawn in accordance with Article 123 of the Code of Civil Procedure
Since the parties reached a settlement, no attorney's fees were awarded in favor of the defendant
