1- My client's mother, …, for whom we have requested the appointment of a legal advisor, resides at … address and is … years old. Due to her advanced age, she has been suffering from various health problems for a long time, which makes it difficult for her to perform daily tasks. She lives and receives care with the assistance of her daughter, my client.

2- Due to old age and health problems, the client's mother is now experiencing difficulties in distinguishing good from bad and managing her affairs in a healthy manner. A previous request for the appointment of a guardian, filed in the ... Civil Court, was rejected, indicating that the current health problems are not considered sufficient grounds for guardianship. However, the appointment of a legal advisor has become necessary to enable the client's mother to manage her affairs and make sound decisions.

3- My client's mother requires support, particularly in the management of real estate and the handling of personal affairs. Since her health does not appear to be recovering, she needs legal counsel to manage her affairs and decisions in the long term. Therefore, it has become necessary to apply to your court.
