The provisional attachment order was implemented in accordance with your court's decision, upon our client's request.
2. Enforcement File and Payment Order: As part of the enforcement of the provisional attachment order, a payment order has been served on the debtors in the enforcement file. The relevant payment order and other enforcement procedures have been completed in accordance with legal processes, and the proceedings have become final. Therefore, the necessary conditions for the return of the security deposit paid within the framework of the provisional attachment order have been met.
3. Return of Security Deposit: Following the execution of the provisional attachment order, the security deposit paid to your court must now be returned. Our request for the return of the security deposit is within our legal rights, now that the provisional attachment order has been concluded. In this context, we request that your court issue the necessary decision for the return of the security deposit to us.
