EXPLANATIONS:

1. The client company signed a water subscription agreement with the defendant institution on [Date]. Under this agreement, the client received water service through subscribers with the number [Subscriber numbers].

2. However, the defendant institution does not provide sewage services to the client. Despite this, the client has been unfairly charged a wastewater fee. Upon realizing this, the client immediately applied to the defendant institution and requested a refund of the deducted amounts.

3. The defendant institution refunded some of the deductions upon the client's application but did not return all the unjustified deductions. The client has been forced to resort to legal means to recover the remaining unjustified deductions.

4. My client has been unfairly forced to pay wastewater charges by the defendant institution, even though they do not use the sewage service. This has resulted in financial losses for my client.

5. The defendant institution's unfair practice violates consumer rights and has caused harm to the client. Therefore, the client requests the return of all unjustly charged wastewater fees, along with legal interest.

EVIDENCE: 1- Subscription agreement, 2- Documents regarding refunds of deductions, 3- Records of unrefunded deductions (we request these from the defendant institution), 4- Expert examination and other legal evidence.
