Subject:  This concerns filing our objections within the prescribed time limit to the summary payment order initiated against our client, regarding the debt, its ancillary claims, interest, and jurisdiction .

Explanations:

An enforcement proceeding has been initiated against my client, EU, by your office under file number 2025/... A non-judgmental payment order was personally served on my client, EU, on .../.../2025. My client has no debt to the creditor, .... The debt relationship established between the creditor and my client, EU, on .../.../2025, ended on .../.../2025 with EU's payment of the amount in question . Therefore, we object to the enforcement proceeding initiated by the creditor, the amount in question, the interest, and all ancillary claims .

Furthermore, the signature on the document dated …/…/2025 and numbered ………., which was used as the basis for the enforcement proceedings initiated by the creditor …. and presented as the basis for the payment order, does not belong to my client. My client explicitly and unequivocally denies the signature on this document .

Legal Grounds: Turkish Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Code of Civil Procedure, and other relevant legislation.

Evidence: 

• Tracking file and payment order,

• Agreements between the parties (if any),

• Invoice, receipt, bank statement (if any),

• Correspondence, notices,

• Population and address records,

• Any other legal evidence.

Conclusion and Request:

As stated above, we object to the summary enforcement proceedings initiated against our client by the creditor. We object to the principal amount, interest, and all ancillary claims stated in the payment order; furthermore, we object to our client's signature on the document attached to the payment order. We respectfully request, on behalf of our client, that the said proceedings be halted and that other necessary actions be taken.
