EXPLANATIONS

1- The divorce case between my client and the defendant is ongoing. In this case, my client is struggling to provide for his family. The defendant, on the other hand, bears no financial responsibility in the house they shared and does not make regular alimony payments.

2- My client is obligated to meet the basic needs of both herself and her 10-year-old son throughout the divorce process. During this time, financial support is required for both personal expenses and the education and care expenses of her child.

3- Pursuant to Article 169 of the Turkish Civil Code, my client has the right to request interim alimony for herself and her child during the divorce proceedings. Since the defendant has not provided any alimony support and has failed to fulfill their financial obligations, an interim alimony order must be issued.

4- Furthermore, my client continues to live with the child and is solely responsible for covering all the expenses of the child's home. The defendant's complete lack of contribution is causing my client significant financial hardship.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:

In light of the reasons stated above;

1- Due to the defendant's failure to fulfill alimony payments for my client and our joint child, I request that the defendant be ordered to pay ... TL in interim alimony for my client and ... TL for our joint child.

2. I respectfully request that the court order the defendant to pay alimony to my client regularly on a specified date each month.
