EXPLANATIONS:
1- My client lived in the same house with her late husband and his parents, but experienced family discord due to interference in their marriage by his wife's family. As a result, my client was forced to move in with her own parents with their children some time ago. My client's husband lost his life in a traffic accident on …/…/….

2- My client requested that the inheritance and household goods left to their children following the death of their spouse be handed over to them, but has not received a positive response. Based on information we have received, we have learned that attempts have begun to misappropriate and conceal the deceased's inheritance. In order to protect the rights of my client and their children, it has become necessary to determine the contents of the estate.

5- List of known assets related to the estate and other legal evidence.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Article 590 of the Turkish Civil Code and other relevant legislation.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons stated above, I respectfully request and demand, as the client's representative, that the court determine the estate of my client's deceased spouse, prevent the misappropriation of the inheritance, and order the opposing party to pay the court costs and attorney's fees.
