SUBJECT:

This is a direct bankruptcy petition due to the client company's financial insolvency.

EXPLANATIONS:

1. Despite years of commercial activity, the client company adverse market conditions, competition, and financial difficulties . The company's financial structure is on the verge of bankruptcy, and it no longer has the capacity to meet its debt obligations.
2. Since the company's assets are insufficient to cover its liabilities, it has become necessary to file for bankruptcy directly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. The client wishes to pursue legal avenues to fulfill its obligations to its creditors.
3. The company's balance sheet and a detailed list of creditors' names and addresses are submitted as an annex to the petition (Annex-1). Since it is clearly evident that the company is insolvent, a bankruptcy decision is necessary to protect the rights of creditors and ensure transparency in the process.
4. The client company has made good faith attempts to restructure its debts, but has deemed it unavoidable to file for bankruptcy due to its inability to continue operations
