EXPLANATIONS:

1. We have been married since …/…/… and have two children named … Our children's psychological and physical health is seriously affected by my spouse …'s behavior.
2. My spouse, against whom a restraining order has been requested, is failing to fulfill the obligations imposed upon him by the marriage and is neglecting his responsibilities. Despite my repeated attempts to discuss the division of labor in the home and childcare, he has always downplayed the issue, blamed me, and brushed it aside.
3. More importantly, instead of resolving our arguments, my husband consistently resorts to physical violence. Particularly in the last few months, the frequency and intensity of this violence have increased, escalating to the breaking of objects in various parts of the house and physical assaults in front of our children. The doctor's report obtained immediately after these incidents clearly reveals the extent of the physical violence.
4. During one of the incidents, my husband picked up a sharp object from the kitchen as a threat, causing both me and our children to experience great fear. After this incident, there was a noticeable change in our children's psychological state; they began to act out of fear and insecurity.
5. My spouse also has an alcohol addiction, which further diminishes their ability to control their behavior. Their aggressive behavior increases after alcohol consumption, creating an insecure environment within the family. This situation negatively impacts our children's development and threatens my physical and mental health.
6. Throughout our marriage, I have repeatedly tried to persuade my wife to seek professional help. However, she has not only refused such help but has also increased her anger and uncontrolled behavior. Therefore, in order to protect our family and the safety of our children, it is necessary for my wife to be removed from our home.
