EXPLANATIONS:

1. I have received payment order sample 10 sent to me from the file numbered …/… of the … Enforcement Directorate. However, the signature on the promissory note in question is not mine. Therefore, I have no connection whatsoever with the enforcement proceedings and the debt.
2. An examination of my signature samples from previous documents that could serve as examples will clearly reveal that the signature on the promissory note in question is not mine. I request an expert examination to demonstrate that there is no connection between the aforementioned promissory note and the signature.
3. Therefore, it has become necessary to file this objection in order to stop this unjust and unfounded pursuit and to have it determined that the signature on the promissory note is not mine.
