Dear Sir/Madam,
You are a tenant in the property located at the address given above. The details of the lease agreement signed between the parties and the current rent are specified. However, the recent economic fluctuations, the increase in inflation rates , and the changes in the real estate market , it has been determined that the current rent is considerably lower than the market value.

Based on a comparison with comparable rental rates in the area where the property is located, it has been concluded that the current rent be adjusted to reflect market conditions .
