SUBJECT: Request for an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting.

EXPLANATIONS:

As the notifying party, I hereby request that an extraordinary general meeting of the company named … A.Ş., registered with the … Trade Registry Directorate under registration number … and in which I hold a 25% stake , be convened to discuss the specified agenda items.

According to Article 413 of the Turkish Commercial Code, shareholders holding at least 10% of the company's capital have the right to request an extraordinary general meeting. Given that our company's board of directors has not issued this request, it has become necessary to submit the request through a notary public.

Reasons necessitating the calling of an extraordinary general assembly meeting:

• The company incurred losses and its financial structure deteriorated,
• The board of directors making decisions that are contrary to the company's interests,
• Significant developments that could jeopardize the company's future.

According to the established jurisprudence of the Supreme Court's commercial divisions, the right of shareholders to call a general assembly meeting is an important shareholder right, and its violation is unacceptable.

This notice has been issued to ensure that the company's board of directors fulfills its legal obligations. Otherwise, the recipient is hereby notified that legal proceedings will be initiated.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:

I request that the respondent convene an extraordinary general meeting of the company as soon as possible, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, to discuss the following agenda items.

Agenda Items:

• Discussing the company's financial situation and determining the measures to be taken
• Discussion of the discharge of the board of directors,
• Election of new board members.

I respectfully request and demand from the Honorable Notary Public that a copy of this notice be delivered to the addressee via the PTT (Turkish Post Office), that a copy be kept in the file, and that a copy be given to me.
