EXPLANATIONS

1. My client, the plaintiff, and the defendant were married in 2007, and
they have no children from this marriage.
2. Over time, unresolved disagreements arose between the parties,
leading to a fundamental breakdown of the marriage.
3. At this point, the current marriage no longer benefits either party or society.
4. Our marriage has been fundamentally shaken by the mutual consent of both parties,
making shared life unbearable. Therefore,
we have agreed to a consensual divorce.
5. The parties have freely accepted the terms of this protocol and
are prepared to declare their consent before your court.

Turkish Civil Code, Turkish Code of Civil Procedure, and other relevant legislation.

To order the defendant to pay the alimony specified in the protocol to the plaintiff
