The parties will be referred to as "the Deceased" and "the Waiver" in this agreement .

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the Waiver's relinquishment, either entirely or in exchange for a specific consideration, of their inheritance rights that would arise after the death of the Testator .

• The renunciation applies to all or a specific portion of the inheritance
• It should be specified whether compensation will be paid in return for the waiver .
• The waiver will only apply after the death of the testator.

3. TYPE OF WAIVER

The person waiving agrees to renounce their inheritance in one of the following ways:

3.1 Unconditional Waiver

• The person waiving their rights completely relinquishes their inheritance without receiving any financial compensation.

3.2 Mutual Waiver

• The person waiving their inheritance rights relinquishes them in exchange for a specified sum of money/real estate/assets

4. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF WAIVER

• The person who renounces their inheritance cannot claim any inheritance, property, or rights from the testator .
• The descendants (children and grandchildren) of the person who renounces also lose their right to inheritance, but may still claim a right unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
• The agreement is valid only during the testator's lifetime, and the waiver cannot be revoked after the testator's death.

5. SCOPE AND DURATION OF THE WAIVER

• The party waiving the right cannot unilaterally withdraw their waiver.
• If the person waiving their inheritance passes away, their right to inheritance automatically lapses.

6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

• If the waiving party claims that the waiver was made through fraud, threat, or deception , they may file a lawsuit for the cancellation of the contract
• If the testator fails to deliver the promised price/goods to the waiving party, the contract may be deemed invalid.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
