  • The files are delivered to the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and receive a notification number.
  • The file is then tracked. After that, it is sent to the archive to await its turn for review.
  • Then the public prosecutor takes the necessary steps.
  • A preliminary review of the registered files is conducted. These reports are then forwarded to the court clerk.
  • The court clerk then assigns the hearing date and time to the file. The file is then delivered to the summons clerk.
  • The file is then sent to the distribution department.
  • The decision officer assigns a decision number in this diagram and ensures that it is written down by the judgment officer.
  • The editor-in-chief reviews the announcements and completes the approval process.
  • After the approval process is completed, the file is delivered to the post office for closing.

Can Supreme Court decisions be appealed?

Criminal law decisions of the Supreme Court of Appeals can be appealed. In civil law chambers, after the file received from the local court is registered, a chamber case number is assigned. The case is then tracked using this case number. The registered file is then forwarded to the relevant examining judge for preliminary review. The judge in charge of the preliminary review also examines the file. The court clerk prepares all the details and sends them to the notification officer.
