SUBJECT: This is a petition outlining our objections to the expert reports.

EXPLANATIONS: We wish to submit our objections to the expert report dated …/…/…. and presented to your esteemed court:

Specifically, we object to the expert report which incorrectly determined our client's speed (we have already stated from the EDS records that our client was within the maximum speed limit) by ignoring brake marks and incorrectly considering the road surface, thus claiming that our client was speeding and therefore primarily at fault. Furthermore, considering the expert report to be incomplete and flawed, we request a new expert examination by another expert who will exercise the necessary diligence. We respectfully request that our objection be considered and the necessary steps taken to ensure a fair trial and the achievement of justice.
