In light of the information provided above, the parties have agreed, within the framework of Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety and related legislation, on the following terms.


Article 1 – Obligations

The occupational physician agrees to fully fulfill all obligations arising from all legal regulations in the field of occupational health and safety, primarily the "Regulation on the Duties, Powers, Responsibilities and Training of Occupational Physicians". The parties acknowledge and declare that the authority to supervise these obligations belongs to the relevant Chamber of Physicians.

Article 2 – Duration and Termination of the Agreement

A) This contract 1 (one) year and is automatically renewed every January.
B) In case of termination, the parties are obliged to give written and reasoned notice at least one month in advance . A copy of the notice will also be sent to the relevant Medical Chamber. A decrease in the number of employees below 50 does not constitute grounds for premature termination of the contract.
C) Until a new occupational physician is appointed, the current physician will continue to serve to ensure the workplace does not remain without a physician.

Article 3 – Wages and Social Rights

The occupational physician's fee will be paid via payroll and cannot be less than the minimum wage. The physician also benefits from the social rights of the workplace. Changes in the number of employees will be reflected in the fee and working hours.

Article 4 – Employer's Responsibilities

Employer;

  • It provides the necessary environment for the physician to perform their duties safely

  • In accordance with occupational health and safety legislation a Workplace Health Unitand provides the necessary equipment and personnel.

  • It supports the professional training and development of occupational physicians.

Article 5 – Leave and Working Hours

  • Occupational physicians entitled to 30 days of paid leave . This leave can be split into two parts.

  • Monthly working time is calculated at 15 minutes per employee and cannot be less than this. Overtime work is paid at the minimum wage rate.

Article 6 – Wage and Payroll Procedures

  • The doctor's monthly salary will be paid via payroll.

  • A copy of the payrolls will be sent to the relevant Medical Chamber after the contract is signed and during each salary increase period.

  • The doctor's travel expenses are also covered.

Article 7 – Fee Schedule

  • Net monthly salary for the first six months of ………. year: …………………… TL.

Article 8 – Working Days and Hours

The occupational health physician will be on duty at the workplace on the following days, before 2 PM :
