SUBJECT: Request for public prosecution against the suspect for the crime of fraudulent bankruptcy.

EXPLANATIONS:

1- The suspect deliberately resorted to fraudulent bankruptcy to harm creditors while continuing his commercial activities. During this process, the suspect declared bankruptcy by concealing his assets, misleading creditors and causing them significant losses.

2- It is clearly evident that the suspect concealed assets through fraudulent bankruptcy and acted with the intent of not paying his debts. After his commercial reputation and financial situation deteriorated, the suspect disposed of his assets in a way that would harm creditors and resorted to bankruptcy to avoid fulfilling his debts.

3- In order to protect the rights of creditors, we request that the necessary investigation be conducted and a public prosecution be initiated regarding the suspect's fraudulent bankruptcy attempt. It is established by witness statements and other evidence that the suspect acted with the intent to harm the creditors, and it is clear that this crime has been committed.
