This Lifetime Care Agreementbetween the parties whose details are provided below, in accordance with the relevant articles of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, based on the transfer of a specific asset or benefit in exchange for the care and support of one of the parties until their death.

The parties will be referred to as "Caregiver" and "Cared For" in this agreement .
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This contract is a care agreement whereby the caregiver provides care and supervision to the dependent until death, in exchange for the dependent transferring certain assets to the caregiver.
- Scope of Maintenance:
- Meeting daily living needs (food, hygiene, personal care)
- Healthcare monitoring and hospital procedures when necessary
- Providing shelter and a safe living space
- Emotional and social support
- Execution of legal and administrative procedures (if any)
- Assets to be Transferred in Exchange for Maintenance:
- [Property Information (Title Deed) / Movable Property / Bank Account / Monthly Cash Payment]

The person being cared for undertakes to transfer the movable or immovable property specified in the contract, provided that the caregiver provides care in accordance with the terms of the contract.
3. CAREGIVER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Maintenance and Support
- The caregiver undertakes to provide the child with complete and comprehensive care in all aspects.
- The caregiver will provide care in a way that protects the physical, mental, and psychological health.
- The caregiver is responsible for monitoring the health of the person being cared for and arranging any necessary medical interventions.
3.2 Housing and Living Conditions
- The caregiver is responsible for ensuring that the animal being cared for lives in a safe and hygienic environment.
- The person being cared for a place to remain in their current residence or be moved to a suitable one .
3.3 Legal and Financial Responsibilities
- The caregiver may not use the assets belonging to the person being cared for for their own benefit or engage in any unlawful activity.
- The caregiver may not transfer or mortgage the assets of the person being cared for without their consent .
4. OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE PERSON BEING EXAMINED
4.1 Transfer and Protection of Assets
- The person being cared for undertakes to transfer the specified assets to the caregiver as agreed upon in the contract .
- The transfer of assets will take place after the death of the person being considered or on a specific date.
4.2 Monitoring Maintenance
- The person being cared for may verify, in the presence of a third party or a notary public, whether the caregiver is fulfilling their obligations .
- If the caregiver fails to fulfill their obligations, the person being cared for may terminate the contract unilaterally.
5. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1 Contract Duration
- The contract will be valid for the lifetime and will terminate upon death.
- The caregiver cannot unilaterally terminate.
5.2 Termination Terms
- the caregiver fails to fulfill their caregiving responsibilities, the person being cared for may terminate the contract.
- the party being considered terminates the contract voluntarily , no transfer of assets will take place.
- If the caregiver unlawfully neglects to provide care or engages in mistreatment , the person being cared for may immediately terminate the contract.
5.3 Validity in Case of Death
- After the death of the person being cared for, the caregiver may request the transfer of assets in accordance with the terms of the contract.
- If the caregiver breached the contract before the death of the person being cared for, the heirs can prevent the transfer of ownership.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Privacy
- The parties may not share personal and financial information obtained under this agreement with third parties.
6.2 Legal Disputes
- Any disputes that may arise between the parties will primarily be resolved through reconciliation and mediation.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
