2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract covers the work of the Building Inspection Firm to inspect the construction project belonging to the Building Owner, specified below, for compliance with applicable legal regulations, to ensure quality control, and to report on building safety.

THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Responsibilities of the Construction Inspection Firm

3.2 Responsibilities of the Building Owner

  • Submit all necessary project documents completely and without fail to the Construction Supervision Firm.
  • To make the necessary arrangements to address the nonconformities identified during the audit process.
  • Not allowing construction to proceed without the approval of the Building Inspection Firm .
  • Paying the fee determined for the building inspection service in accordance with the contract.

4. AUDIT PERIOD AND REPORTING

  • The inspection period lasts from the start date of construction until the completion of the project.
  • The Building Inspection Firm will prepare inspection reports at the specified stages and submit them to the relevant authorities.
  • In emergency situations and situations posing a safety risk, the Building Inspection Firm will immediately inform the Building Owner and the relevant authorities.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
